Recently invited to become a “pracademic” with the University of West of Scotland Kelly lectures degree level students in Enterprise Creation which includes facilitation of innovation and creativity workshops.
Kelly works from the principle that the individual holds the right answers for their situation and the role of the learning facilitator is to use tools, techniques, activities and interventions that unlock the answers, making them visible and actionable to the delegate.
As people experience learning in different ways, the access cues, facilitation techniques and delivery models must cater for all learning and communication styles.
In addition, Kelly is actively involved in delivering the Organisational Development Review programme for Scottish Enterprise.
